Fit Goals
021 0272 0818

I am not your usual super-fast, sleek looking Tri Coach. I’m a “back of the pack” athlete who fits my training into my busy life of work, kids and a household as best as I can, not the other way round. I will never be a world class/world champs level athlete, but I absolutely love the sport of triathlon and the experiences it has given both myself & my family.

I have been “completing” in triathlons since 2002. I started with small women’s only triathlons & worked my way up the distances and have now finished over a dozen Half Ironman (6-8hrs) & 3 full Ironman races (15-16 ½ hrs), as well as many other swim, bike, run events. I’m not fast, but I aim to be the best I can be & achieve my goals regardless of how long it may take me.

My main coaching focus is helping women who are starting out, as well as pre-teen/teenage girls who are not really interested in sports. Women/girls in general lack confidence to put themselves out there, are busy focusing on everyone else, and sometimes need a wee push in the right direction to do something for themselves. Committing to an event goal is a way to achieve self-belief and confidence. Committing to a Coach just takes it one step further.

If you are a beginner wanting to get started, or a “back of the packer” wanting to step up the distances but don’t know if you can or where to start, then I can help. My aim is to teach you the most efficient way to train your mind & body to achieve your goals. No smash fests or high-tech gadgets & jargon; just the simple things done right. I have a passion to see people reach their goals, no matter how big or small. If it’s important to you, it’s important to me.
